Wicaksono Hidayat

Wicaksono Surya Hidayat, or familiarly known as Wicak Hidayat started his career as a journalist for detikINET since 2003. At the end of 2007, Wicak was appointed as Deputy Managing Editor of detikINET, and presently, he is Managing Editor of detikINET.com. Wicak had also written 4 books on IT and included in 4 anthologies.
Wicaksono Hidayat completed his Diploma degree on Food Technology at the Bogor Agriculture Institute (IPB) and graduated from University Indonesia majoring in Mass Communication. Wicak Hidayat had once made a start up in software development when he was in IPB, but failed in the middle of the road because its founder switches their interest.
Wicak currently also teaches Online Jurnalism for 1 semester and becomes guest lecturer on e-business (with the theme Game as market means) at Universitas Indonesia Esa Unggul.
